Meditation is proven to be an effective natural remedy for reducing stress, controlling anxiety, managing depression, and decreasing blood pressure. Practicing meditation regularly can help to strengthen mental, spiritual and emotional health.
In this session, we will discuss mindfulness and discover the positive impact it can have on our overall health, environment and relationships.
Wellness sessions are held on Sundays, @8pm in the Wellness Community Room.
