The purpose of this program is to assist individuals on a four week journey of self discovery and awareness.
The main objective is to promote holistic wellbeing, and to provide a safe space for self-exploration, healthful activities and social support.
My Path to Holistic Wellness is supported by wellness advocates with credentials in sociology, meditation, energy healing, nutrition, and other natural wellness modalities.
This self-paced process includes a range of activities and exercises that encourages mindfulness in order to identify personal areas in need of attention, change and healing.
Group discussions and wellness sessions are hosted weekly with Tika Epps, meditation coach and holistic wellness advocate.
Upon completion, participants will be consciously aware of all aspects of the self, and equipped with knowledge of how to achieve and maintain a harmonic balance of the mind, body and spirit.
