Wellness Session | Qigong in the Morning

The wellness community room is open on Sundays and Wednesdays, from 6am-12pm for Qigong in the Morning wellness sessions.

During this time, we stream a series of short 5-10 minute videos, led by experienced qigong masters, and simultaneously play a curated list of music encoded with therapeutic healing frequencies and resonances.

Qigong meditation and techniques can promote healing benefits for the mind, body and spirit.  If you already have a routine or are looking to start fresh, Qigong is the perfect companion to your wellness regimen.

Rather you are an early bird or late bloomer, Qigong in the Morning sessions are designed to complement your Sunday morning flow. You can choose to connect on whatever day and time is most convenient for you.
