Wellness Session: Lymphatic Massage & Exercise
Exercise and intentional movement is a key to physical endurance and vitality. It benefits human physiology as a whole, and strengthens the circulatory, digestive, excretory, lymphatic and immune systems.
Join us as we tap into the therapeutic benefits of movement and explore the different types, from stretching and walking to dance and rhythmic motion.
In this session we will discuss the importance of a healthy lymphatic system and demonstrate simple ways to strengthen this system with rubbing, tapping and movement.
Wellness sessions are held on Sundays @8pm in the Wellness Community Room.
