Exercise is beneficial to human physiology as a whole and has been proven to strengthen all major systems of the body, including the cardiovascular, lymphatic, digestive, and immune systems.
Regular exercise and movement are necessary for physical endurance, vitality and longevity.
In this session, we will discuss the lymphatic system. We'll discover how it plays an important role in immune health and how to maintain a healthy lymphatic system.
Wellness sessions are held on Sundays, @8pm in the Wellness Community Room.
