Holistic wellness is a harmonic balance of all aspect of the self - mind, body and spirit. An imbalance in one area can cause imbalances in other areas. For an example, your mental state can affect you physically, just as your physical state can affect you mentally and spiritually.

Environment, relationships and past experiences also have a direct impact on your health. Imbalances in these areas can have devastating consequences on your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

My Path to Holistic Wellness introduces you to mindfulness and help you understand how it can be used to identify areas of your life that are out of balance.

You will gain insight on how to improve your overall health and understand what it takes to maintain holistic wellbeing. This program offers a unique approach to overcoming personal challenges and presents creative ways to bring peace, love and balance into your life.

My Path to Holistic Wellness is a four-week program comprised of online workshops, wellness activities and personal coaching provided by a certified mindfulness and meditation coach.

You will also gain access to the Wellness Support Circle, a virtual space to stay connected to a wellness advocate and exchange encouragement with other program participants.

This is a free online event held in the wellness community room.
